There is no better way to recognize the problems and pain points of your target audience than simply by talking to them. You’ll be surprised by the range of approaches taken by different users - assume nothing.
Competitors analysis
Take a closer look outside your own sandbox. Somebody probabbly tackled the same problems you’re trying to resolve. Learn from their successes and mistakes.
