By visiting Talebook website (“Service”, “Website”), you give us your consent to practices described in this document.

Any personal information provided or acquired by us is controlled primarily by Talebook Sp. z.o.o. (limited liability company in Poland) registered at Warsaw, Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, National Court Register number 0000676714, Tax Identity Number 5272808138, share capital of 5.000 PLN, next as “we” or “Talebook”, is a provider of Talebook Service.
Talebook undertakes to process the personal information of the Customers, Subscribers, Web site's users and persons who have subscribed to Talebook's newsletter in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182; “Act”) implemented in line with the Directive 95/46/EC of The European Parliament and of The Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (Official Journal L 281 , 23/11/1995 P. 0031 – 0050).
Talebook undertakes all commercially reasonable endeavors to keep all disclosed personal information secure. Your personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose without your express consent. You can express your consent in a way described in this document or in a contract between Talebook and you.
When you visit the Talebook Website, we receive and may collect two types of information: (1) Website Use Information and cookies, and (2) personal information. The second one you have to choose to disclose to Talebook.
Please notice that when you click on links on the Website you may leave it. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites.

Talebook reserves a right to ask its User to provide additional data, which is necessary to authenticate users and provide them with Talebook Sevice or for billing purposes. We also contact our Users by email. You can receive promotional materials or notifications via mail. Please remember that Talebook users are obliged to update any data changes as soon as they occurred. Talebook will retain your personal data and information required to provide you with Talebook Service only for that time needed. Please remember that provision of personal data in connection with Subscribers use is voluntary, but notice that without providing us with certain information it is possible that you may have problems to use all services provided by Talebook.
We recognize the importance of respecting the Subscriber’s privacy. We do understand that your date is sensitive and we will make sure that it is safe and secured. We inform that Talebook will not use any given information to third parties, use it in another way than expressly provided by you, nor we will sell it or shat it with anyone else.
Where Customer is the data controller (within the meaning of Article 7 item 4 of the Act) or where the latter processes such personal data on the basis of Article 31 of the Act Subscribers personal data processing can be outsourced by the Customer to Talebook as regard email addresses and other information which are necessary to ensure proper provision of the Service.
Talebook may process Subscribers data within its capacity of a data processor as set out in Article 31 of the Act.
Please notice that Talebook shall cooperate with countries outside of the European Economic Area which ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.
Talebook declares that it provides measures protecting the databases as defined in Articles 36– 39 of the Act, and meets requirements specified in the provisions of Article 39a of the Act.
After removal of the Customer’s Account from the Service, Talebook will store information related to both Customer and Subscriber for a period of no less than 60 days (in the case of a free of charge Test Account) or 90 days (in the case of a payable Account). After that periods your data will be permanently removed from the Talebook, but on your request, we can return your database within seven days of removal of the data. The processing of personal data by Talebook after the removal may only involve holding of the same unless performance of other operations on the data has been imposed on Talebook by applicable regulations or competent authorities.
Talebook will store personal data in accordance with the clause above solely for the purposes of (i) possible reactivation of the Account pursuant to Clause 9 of the Terms of Service and (ii) performance of its duties as specified in the applicable regulations or as imposed by the competent authorities.
Talebook informs that we will not share or sell or use your personal data other than described in this document, but we reserve the right to disclose these data as required by law or when Talebook believes that its necessary to protect its right or such information are comply with court order or judicial proceeding. There may be situations that Talebook will need to disclose your personal information due to a lawful request.
We use other third parties in a scope necessary to provide the Service, such as a credit card processing company to bill the Customer for goods and services. When you sign up for the Service we will share your information as necessary for the third party to provide the Service. You can read more about it in Terms and Conditions. We ensure that third parties are not allowed to use your personal information for promotion. In case of a merger, sale, or any other acquisition users will be notified via email or notice on the Talebook website of any change of use of your personal data.
All dates such as username, login, password, account information are password-protected. By that Users have a secure access to their personal data. Be sure to protect the security of your passwords and username, which are unique for Talebook Users. Talebook has designed internal security processes that encrypt Customer's password to protect it from being divulged or accessed by anyone other than you. Please notice that Talebook cannot obtain or access your password.
Talebook servers automatically collect site use information, each time you visit the Website.

Talebook along other websites automatically gather and store information such as browser time in log files. This information is used to administer the website and for analysis.
Talebook may use a technology called “cookies”, which is a small piece of data that a website sends to the browser so that we can recognize when users return. Please notice that cookie does not collect personal data information and we do not link any data stored in cookies to your personal data. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.
The use of cookies by the third party web analytics partner is not covered by our Privacy Policy. Talebook does not have control over these.
Talebook may collect information only for progression, enhancements, customer service purpose so that you can use Talebook Website easy and sufficient.
To complete account application process you will need to give Talebook data such as first and last name, email, country, address, phone number. We will use this information solely for processing payments for the Service that you ordered.
You will be advised by Talebook Service which information is mandatory and which you will not have to enclose.
We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you with advertising based on your browsing activities and interests. Our blog is managed by a third party application that may require you to register to post a comment. We do not have access to or control of the information posted to the blog. You will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want your personal information that was posted to the comments section removed. If you post a review on Talebook Website, it may contain personal data. Talebook requires a customer to post their name along with the review. If you want to remove review please contact Customer Service.
We will provide you with any information due to personal data storage. If you wish to delete any information you can do it at any time just by contacting Customers Service. Talebook will respond to you to review the information within 20 days.
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify you by publication here prior to the changes taking effect.
If, however, we make material changes or Talebook is going to use users' personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via the Website prior to the change becoming effective. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. However, if users have opted out of all communication with the Website, or deleted their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner.
